QUESTION:
Do you provide alcohol for the event?
ANSWER:
You have 2 options.. We offer you a consultation to better help you shop for your guest OR We will shop for you. We will customize a liquor list for your event and we will go shopping for you.. Let us handle everything! In the event that you have bottles that were unused/unopened we will return them for a credit.
QUESTION:
Are you insured?
ANSWER:
Yes, we have a $2 million liquor & General Liability insurance policy.
QUESTION:
Do you supply a bar?
ANSWER:
Yes we will bring the bar to you! We will also match your color scheme with linens and lighting (included in some of the packages)
QUESTION:
What size parties can you accommodate?
ANSWER:
We can accommodate any party size. No party to big or too small. We do recommend 1 bartender per 100 guest.
QUESTION:
What attire does your staff wear?
ANSWER:
Black and white typically, however we may also try and match you theme. We can discuss your options.
QUESTION:
How far will you travel and will it cost me?
ANSWER:
We are located in West Pasco County. We will travel up to 30 miles each way for free. We will change an addition fee to travel further.
QUESTION:
Do you clean up after my guest?
ANSWER:
We will certainly clean up the bar area. For an addition fee you can hire a “Perfect Helper” to insure everything is clean during and after your event. You don’t have to worry about a thing!
QUESTION:
How do you suggest tipping?
ANSWER:
Or bartenders rely mainly on tips and they work very hard to earn them. It is acceptable to have a tip jar on the bar. If you do not want your guest to tip then we do recommend $25 an hour to substitute the gratuity lost.
